Program Objectives

This 2-day workshop is designed to equip leaders with the essential people-centric capabilities. Through interactive sessions and practical frameworks, participants will explore key Emotional Intelligence (EQ) competencies such as self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation, alongside psychological principles that shape human behaviour and motivation.  The workshop enables leaders to communicate with authenticity, influence through emotional resonance, and strengthen stakeholder relationship, helping them move beyond transactional leadership to inspire true commitment and alignment.
